Overview
This Masterclass will enable you to embrace and develop a human-centred creative approach to problem solving.
Whether creating new customer experiences, defining your business’s ‘perfect client’, designing new products, or developing ideas, this evidence-based approach elevates uncertainty and risk.
By putting the customer firmly at the heart of the process and seeing a problem through their eyes, we will begin to view problems as new opportunities.
Design Thinking encourages visualization from multiple perspectives, redefines parameters, challenges assumptions and inspires creativity
In this session, we will explore how to move quickly from idea to action using prototyping, experimentation, and iteration.
Taking place at the Venton Conference Centre, Newquay the Design Thinking Masterclass is a fully funded innovation workshop delivered by the STRIDE programme on behalf of the University of Plymouth.
A complimentary lunch is provided.
